Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TodoAzai. By signing in you agree to them.
1. The service
TodoAzai is an AI-assisted goal and task tracker. Features include daily plans, AI briefings, goal decomposition and weekly reviews. The service is provided as-is during the beta period.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the security of that Google account and for any actions taken under your TodoAzai session. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; data tied to it will be removed.
3. AI-generated content
Text shown in briefings, weekly reviews, chat and goal decomposition is generated by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, optionally OpenAI). It may be inaccurate, incomplete or reflect the providers' biases. Verify anything important before acting on it. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are correct, safe or fit for any particular purpose.
4. Plans and billing
Free, Pro and Team plans differ in goal limits and daily AI message caps. Paid plans are not yet active during beta. When billing launches, we will publish prices and a separate billing agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate harmful, unlawful, harassing or fraudulent content; do not attempt to bypass plan limits or extract our prompts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Changes and termination
We may change features, limits or prices with reasonable notice. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
