Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data TodoAzai collects, why and how it is handled.
1. Data we collect
From your Google account: email, display name, profile picture. From your activity in the app: goals, tasks, AI conversation history, push subscriptions, daily AI usage counters. From your settings: preferred locale and AI provider.
2. How we use it
To run the service: show your goals and tasks back to you, generate personalized AI briefings, enforce daily AI quotas, send the optional evening push notification.
3. AI providers
When you use AI features, the relevant prompt — which may contain your task titles, goal titles and conversation history — is sent server-side to the provider you selected (Anthropic, Google or OpenAI). The provider processes the request to generate a response. We do not control how each provider stores or uses these prompts; review their policies. We do not send AI providers your name, email or other identifying account fields.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored in our PostgreSQL database. We retain it as long as your account exists. AI conversation history may be cleared by deleting the corresponding sessions; full account deletion is also available from Settings (when implemented in beta).
5. Sharing with third parties
Other than the AI providers above, we do not sell or share your personal data. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be used internally to improve the product.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You can view, edit and delete your goals, tasks and AI sessions from inside the app. You can request a full data export or account deletion by emailing the contact below.
